All packages Include one year of ongoing support, in the form of an unlimited number of 15-minute consultations for new matters relating to your new LLC or Corporation.*
*The one year of ongoing support will start on the day the Firm notifies you we have completed work forming the corporation under this agreement. Whether a matter is a “new matter” will be decided by the Firm in its discretion in accordance with Firm practices and notions of reasonableness.
